The say the fire water danced in his eyes He stole the virgin daughter of the mountain amidst the moon light and they danced together in the rain with a love that lasted forever so it seemed. And the crystal float in heaven and then they fall like rain for everythings a circle and it comes around again, they danced together in the rain the heavens blessed them again and again... The thunder cracked and split apart the sky and he held the hand of his beautiful bride and he kissed the love the love of his life he kissed her goodbye I say everythings a circle and it comes around again like love fire mountain rain, so when the tears fall like crystal rain its the mountain daughters cry of pain as she calls out her lovers name,,again and again..remember everythings a circle and it comes around again like love fire mountain rain......

The drought is done on field and flock the riverbed is dry And we must shift the starving stock before the cattle die We muster up with weary hearts at the breaking of the day and turn our heads to foreign parts to take the stock away..And its hunt em up and dog em and its get the whip and flog em for its weary work is droving when they're dying everyday...On stock routes bear and eaten on dusty roads and beaten with half a chance to save their lives we take the stock away..in dull despair the days go by with never hope of change with every stage we feel more nigh the distant mountain range...And some may live to climb the pass and reach the great plateau and revel in the mountain grass by streamlets feed with snow...and mountain wind is blowin and it starts the cattle lowin calling for each other down the dusty long array and thier speaks a grizzled drover well thank go the worst its over and the creatures smell the mountain grass thats twenty miles away, that's twenty miles away...

There is ice melting on the cusp of winter the snow dissolving around the soul of time..wake up little minstrel with the golden threads of life you need to see the darkness to see the stars shining bright, now im naked in nature and awakening through the force of time,so happy now your mine, dance upon your tiptoes with all your warriors might tonight the darkness sleeps, pain open ups your eyes, look upon the salty waters, waves breaking into the night yes we need the darkness to see the stars shining bright, we hold onto each other through the dawn let me hold your grievin baby and help you be strong...

When the river flows over you remember the love that we gave, when the river flows over you let the pain be washed away, for never was it a sin to cry, to let the hurt pass you on by,the candle burns down low now like bones in the ground, the day gone the sun down and my spirit reaches for you, i'm still breathing in and out oh where oh where are you now?Follow the path to the mountain road there you will find a kindred soul that will never turn you away, will you hear the song that heals,or turn your back and walk away, for in this ancient place i heal and i await you my love...let the river flow over you and remember the love that we gave..

Well the snow is slowly melting in the High Plains as the stockman saddles up his horse and the mountains are the only thing that he knows sometime a lonely life but there is always work..some city folk they dont seem to realise oh no they dont the look behind his knowing eyes..you see he has known these mountains all of his life and he wont give up his lease without a fight...So if you greenies care about our local legends you'll sit down for a while and have a bloody good think other wise our cattlemen may become extinct(but i doubt it)will your children ever meet those mountain men.Yes the snow is still melting on the high plains as the stockman saddles up his horse and the mountains are the only thing that he knows sometimes a lonely life but there's always work

He was the one who lumbered through the night to find me he sat by my side and watched me breathing the world was dark and i could see no ending the light was gone from my eyes...he touched my hand and the warmth spread right through me he wiped away all the tears that fell...and how my heart ached through all the years of waiting no matter how we tried to break the spell we both fell down...was the night cold with out my arms to hold you,did you dream of me as well cause i swear i felt you...now that your here..please never leave me, ive spent a life time without you near, now your home,,,no more fear as you hold me closely, the simple truth is clear i could never stop loving you...I dont want to stop loving you...
