This song was written after we lost a beautiful man born to the High Country in Victoria, its taken a while for me to be ready to share it, sometimes things just have to calm for a while..this is the first track of many recorded at Piety Records in New Orleans when I was in the U.S.A and I hope those of you who loved Pat as much as I, can accept this song in the spirit it is offered up to honor a wild natured mountain man that is surely missed.
